One full time maid keeps the house clean and tidy during your stay. Beds are made up, towels ready to go and your laundry will be done daily.
Full time caretaker is present Monday – Saturday for cleaning, maintenance etc.
We have added two great amenities to Sunset House.
•First we installed a MistAway system that protects this property from mosquitoes & other pests. The botanical, all-natural insecticide allows you to enjoy the comforts of the outdoors without the worry of bugs.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
We are happy to announce that we now have an excellent local chef available for preparing delicious meals at Sunset House so you can relax and enjoy Costa Rica the way it is meant to be enjoyed! This service is being offered for an additional cost and includes the preparation of 2 meals of your choice (breakfast, lunch or dinner) as well as the cleaning up after. Food cost is not included in this price but we offer complimentary grocery shopping so you have one less thing to worry about! Regarding the food cost, you will be able to discuss with our chef about your menu preferences, so the cost will depend on what you would like to eat and drink.
